List of Documents to be uploaded in the Intent Form 2024-25.

For LKG- Date of Birth Certificate and One Passport Size Photo of the child.

For UKG - Date of Birth Certificate, Self-attested copy of the Report Card of Term1/Half Yearly Exam/Equivalent Report Card (2023-24), Study Certificate issued by the present school, One Passport Size Photo of the child and Certificate for any other achievements in co-curricular or extra-curricular activities at the State/National Level only involving participation from many districts/states.

For Class 1 - Date of Birth Certificate, Self-attested copy of the Report Card of Annual Examination (2022-23), Self-attested copy of the Report Card of Term1/Half Yearly Exam/Equivalent Report Card (2023-24), Study Certificate issued by the present school, One Passport Size Photo of the child and Certificate for any other achievements in co-curricular or extra-curricular activities at the State/National Level only involving participation from many districts/states.

Note:  Scanned copies of the above documents to be uploaded as PDF.   All pages of the report cards should be scanned (including cover and the last page bearing the seal and sign of the issuing authority of the present school along with parent’s signature). If the documents that are submitted are not correctly scanned, such intent forms will be rejected because they are unreadable. Intent Forms which are incomplete and not enclosed with all the required documents will be summarily rejected.

Note:The link for Online Intent Form will be kept open for a limited period of time. The minute we receive an adequate number of Intent Forms, the link shall be closed. Therefore, please fill and submit the Online Intent Form at the earliest. 

After submitting the Online Intent Form, an Intent Form Number will be generated. Please note the Intent Form number for all further and future correspondence with the school                                                                             

  1. Kindly note, an intent form number will be generated only if the form  is submitted successfully.
  2. If intent form number is not generated after submission of the intent form at your end, then you should clear the cookies in your browser and retry. In case of any difficulty in filling the online Intent Form, you can call on the school contact numbers and seek assistance from Mrs. Kakoli - 0891-2553221/2501951 and Mrs. Mousumi – 8639346764 between 8:30 am and 1:30 pm on working days only. Please adhere to the given timings.
  3. An intent form for which an intent form number is not generated at your end, it will not be received by the school. Therefore, parents are suggested to take care while submitting the intent form.

 

     

                                                                                                                                                       


 Shortlisted candidates of Classes LKG, UKG and 1 will be informed via phone/email to obtain the Application Form from the school by paying a Non- Refundable Fee of Rs. 500/- . The date for Interview cum Counselling will be also notified through a detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to the selected candidates.The Application Form must be duly filled in and submitted to the school authorities within the specified due date.Shortlisted candidates of Classes LKG, UKG and 1 have to attend the Interview cum Counselling date (offline /online session) on the given date.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Note:   1. Mere issue of Application Form does not guarantee Admission.                                          2. Admission is subject to vacancy of seat and merit of the student.                                      3.The school reserves the right to call the applicant for an offline counselling                       in the school or an online video counselling at a mutual  convenient                                   date and time decided.                                                                                                                                                                                                         


Once the student qualifies in the admission counselling, he/she is issued a provisional selection letter for admission to the requested class. However, the admission process is subject to the following conditions:-                                              For Class LKG -Submission of Date of Birth Certificate, Aadhar Card and Blood group report (True Copies).                                                                                                                          For Classes UKG and 1 -  Original Marks/Promotion certificate for verification and submission of certified copy of the marksheets, Date of Birth Certificate, Aadhar Card, Transfer Certificate and Blood group report (True Copies).                                     Payment of fees on or before the last date mentioned in the Provisional Selection Letter. Caste or Community certificate in the name of the child.                              Income Certificate of the parent if availing financial benefits or scholarship for the student through government schemes. For eg: Ammavodi Scheme                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Note: In case any or all of the above conditions are not fulfilled, provisional admission stands cancelled without any notice.   


For the Academic Year 2024-25, Parents can expect a 10% increase on the existing school fee structure for the academic year 2023-24. REFUND POLICY:

Fees Once Paid will not be refunded.
