IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ONLINE INTENT FORM

  1. This is only an information sheet sought to help the parents of merited children to get admission subject to vacancy and merit.
    Note: * are Mandatory fields, please mention NA if, Not Applicable.
  2. After submitting the Online Intent Form, an Intent Form Number will be generated. Please note the Intent Form number for further correspondence.
    Note :
    1. Kindly note, an intent form number will be generated only if the form is submitted successfully.

    2. An intent form for which an intent form number is not generated at your end, it will not be received by the school. Therefore, parents are suggested to take care while submitting the intent form.

    3. If intent form number is not generated after submission of the intent form at your end, then you should clear the cookies in your browser and retry. In case of any difficulty in filling the online Intent Form, you can call on the school contact numbers and seek assistance from Mrs. Kakoli - 0891-2553221/2501951 and Mrs. Mousumi – 8639346764 between 08:30am and 1:30pm on working days only.

  3. Parents should fill and submit the online admission intent form once only. Should avoid multiple submissions of the intent form.
  4. Separate intent forms to be submitted by the parent for seeking admission for each of your ward (in case more than one).
  5. Admissions are subject to vacancy, merit and also students must study the prescribed languages of the School.
  6. If your Intent Form is shortlisted for the next round of counselling, you will be informed by School Office over phone/email.
  7. The decision of the school with regard to admissions is final and is also binding on the parent.

Reasons for Rejection of Intent Form

  1. Intent forms which are incomplete and not enclosed with all the required documents will be summarily rejected.
  2. If the documents that are submitted are not correctly scanned. Such intent forms will be rejected because they are unreadable.
  3. Our selection procedure is merit-based; if the entire report card is not scanned properly & if it does not contain details like Academic Year, Class/Section & signature of the school authorities, we are unable to review the report card and such report cards are not acceptable and therefore intent form will be rejected.
  4. If the student falls short of the age limit criteria as per the age rules of CBSE / NEP, such intent forms will be rejected. For more information visit our school website page: Eligibility criteria for seeking admission(Age rules) Click Here
  5. If more than one intent form is submitted. Such intent forms will be rejected.
  6. Online Intent Forms submitted in one branch are not considered for other branch under any circumstances.

NOTE:

  1. If the Date of Birth of the Child does not satisfy age limit criteria as per the rules of CBSE / NEP, such intent forms will be rejected.
  2. If the Date of Birth entered, does not match with the Original Date of Birth Certificate/Transfer Certificate issued by the Competent Authority / School then such Intent forms will be summarily rejected.

INFORMATION FOR AVAILING SCHOOL TRANSPORT

  1. We operate school buses in 7 routes in the city of Visakhapatnam for students of classes UKG to 10.
  2. School Transport facility for LKG is not provided, as the school timings for LKG is from 7:55 am to 11:25 am (i.e.,3 hours 30 minutes only) and also there is no school bus service at 11:25 am.
  3. Interested parents can visit our school website and read all details relating to bus routes/boarding points and drop points/ timings/rules, Click here for bus route details. For any queries, parents can call on the school numbers and speak to the Transport Incharge:
    0891 2553221/9398578554 between 9:30 am and 11:30 am on working days only.
  4. The school has limited number of bus seats for new admission, hence if you fail to secure school bus facility, then you are advised to make your own transport arrangements for your ward(s). Parents who essentially require school bus transport facility, can call on the school number – 9398578554 between 9:30 am and 11:00 am on working days only and seek an appointment to meet Transport Incharge to know the chances of getting a bus seat.
  5. Your preferred boarding point/drop point should be as mentioned in one of the routes approved by the school.
  6. Requests regarding change in the boarding point/drop point will not be considered once the parent submits the bus application format of the school.
  7. The total number of vacancies in each route for the next academic year (2026-27) shall be known to the school authorities by end of February 2026.
  8. Allotment of seat in any of the bus routes is subject to vacancy. Vacancies exist, only when an enrolled student opts out of school bus facility.
  9. Parents whose wards are selected for admission for the next academic year 2026-27 and willing to avail school bus facility shall be notified in the month of March 2026 regarding enrollment procedures.
  10. Confirmation of Admission also does not guarantee a seat as there is a huge demand for school bus facility.

NOTE: Prospective Parents seeking admission in LKG and UKG, may note that the premises for kindergarten classes (LKG & UKG) may change from the Academic year 2026-27. The new premises for these classes will be in the same premises or elsewhere in the neighbourhood and is binding on the applicants for KG classes

Declaration

  1. I fully understand that, this registration is not binding for admission. Admission can be given only when a suitable vacancy exists & child's performance in the assessment is satisfactory as per school norms.
  2. I also understand that, as per the National Education Policy (NEP), the minimum age for admission is 3+ years for Bal-Vatika I (Nursery), 4+ years for Bal-Vatika II (LKG),5+ years for Bal-Vatika III (UKG), and 6+ years for Class 1, and so on, as on 1st April of the academic year for which the child is seeking admission. The NEP further recommends that schools must adhere to the rules and regulations prescribed by their respective State Governments.
    However, in the state of Andhra Pradesh, these NEP age norms have not yet been implemented. In this regard, I hereby give my consent that if any changes to the age criteria are made applicable to schools in Andhra Pradesh—even if enforced abruptly through a Government Order (GO)—I shall fully comply with the revised rules. I further agree to accept and adhere to the school’s determination regarding the class in which my child will be enrolled, in accordance with any updated or revised age norms thereof issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh at any time.
  3. I have made careful note of various details regarding the payment of school fees. I have made satisfactory arrangement for remittance of school fees within due dates without waiting for a reminder from the school.
  4. I hereby certify that the date of birth & spelling of the name of my child and parents given in this form are correct to the best of my knowledge and I shall not make any request for the change.
    NOTE: Parents must ensure that the Date of Birth, Name of the Child (First name and Last name) and spelling of the name are correct in all documents like Birth Certificate, Aadhar and Transfer Certificate ( if any). Similarly, the name of the parents must be correct and consistent in all of their official documents like Aadhar, Educational and Service Documents, Child’s Birth Certificate etc.
  5. I understand that rendering false or misleading information or withholding correct information may disqualify the child for admission/education at this school.
  6. I hereby certify that my ward & myself shall follow all the rules, regulations & procedures laid down by the school from time to time.
  7. For Admissions into Classes UKG and above: I hereby undertake that once my child is admitted to Little Angels School, I will ensure that my child’s data is deleted from the UDISE+ portal of the previous school.
