AWARENESS PROGRAMME ON 16.09.2019 (SAFE AND UNSAFE TOUCH)
Today, we hear a lot about child abuse. It’s the need of the hour that we start teaching our young children about “Good Touch, Bad Touch”. Sensitizing children about the issue will make them emotionally strong.
Junior Chamber International – Vizag Port City, conducted an awareness programme in the School Campus on ‘Safe Touch and Unsafe Touch’ on 16.09.2019. Under the guidance of Headmistress Mrs. Indu Malini, the session was conducted for the students of classes 3,4 and 5.
As a part of the programme the volunteers from JCI have shown a cartoon highlighting the issue followed by an interactive session. Emphasis was given on Safe Touch and Unsafe Touch. Children were made familiar with the works of the ‘Child Help Line’ and the Child Line number as well.
