Mrs.G.Vijaya Lakshmi Memorial Merit Scholarship Award
Mrs.G.Vijaya Lakshmi Memorial Merit Scholarship Award was instituted in the memory of our beloved late Hindi teacher Ms. G.Vijaya Lakshmi by her family members in the year 2012. The students who score the highest marks in class 6th Second language (Hindi ), Class 6th third language (Hindi) and 8th Second language (Hindi) every year are given this scholarship.
Every year on 28 January, the award ceremony is held to felicitate the Hindi toppers. The students are awareded a merit certifiacte and a scholarship of Rs.1,116/- which is sponsored by the family members of Mrs. G Vijaya Lakshmi.The programme commenced with a prayer followed by an Obituary to Mrs.G Vijaya Lakshmi
Director Shri. Kranti Kiran and Principal Smt.Y.V.Indrani graced the award ceremony.Children also assembled in the auditorium and were seated as per the schedule.Parents of the awardees also graced the occasion.
Due to the pandemic, the scholarship was not awarded during the last 2 academic years, so this year scholarship was given for total 3 years ie 2020-21,2021-22,2022-23.
The awardees for 2020-21 are 1. R.sai Meyyammai 2.Nivaditha s. Nair 3.Tanusree Munikoti
The awardees for 2021-22 are 1.Y. sai Tejasvi 2.E. Srivani 3.P. Manoj Karthikeya
The awardees for 2022-23 are 1.Adhrit Das 2.R. Sai Nachammai 3.T. Sreshta
Kranti Kiran Sir in his speech congratulated the winners and encouraged them to focus in studies and achieve such laurels in future too. The children too expressed immense happiness for recognition given by the school.Parents of awardees also shared their happiness and thanked the teachers and the school management for enchouraging the students.
