Republic Day Celebrations 2023

Little Angels school celebrated 74th Republic Day with a lot of pomp and grandeur. Our Dynamic Directors Shri. Kranti Kiran and Smt. Swathi graced the occasion along with the Student Chief Guest N.V.Bhaskar Avaneesh of Class 10.  Unfurling of the National Flag by the Student Chief Guest is the unique feature of this school.  The programme started with a parade by the NCC girls, NCC boys, Student Council, students from extracurricular activities and Sports Achievers.  The Student Chief Guest addressed the gathering, stating his experiences and achievements in academics and extracurricular activities.  Shri. Kranti Kiran wished the gathering on the eve of Republic Day and motivated the students to become responsible citizens of the country by fulfilling their roles and responsibilities towards the nation.  Sports Achievers at International, National and State Level were felicitated by the Directors and Principal with their achievements.

Poorvi Rajak of class 7-A is a multitalented child, possessing commendable oratory skills.  Her passion for English made her compose 75 poems where she put in her creative writing.  These were compiled in a book entitled “The Fascinating World of Poems” which is released on this day by Directors and Principal.

Various cultural items were performed by the children.  Dances included Kathak, Kuchipudi and Indo-western where children danced with a lot of enthusiasm and energy. Audience cheered for the performances.  It was a zestful atmosphere all over.  Role play was presented by the middle school children depicting the makers of the Indian Constitution.  A traditional art called ‘SILAMBAM’ & ‘KICK BOXING’ were performed by N.V.Bala Karthikeya of Class 4-C which was an eye catching performance. Yoga and Patriotic Song performances attracted the audience.

Little Angels always sets a trend in conducting the national festivals along with all the extracurricular activities for the holistic development of the child.  A happy child is a nation’s pride – this stands apt for LITTLE ANGELS.
