BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF O.HENRY


English club ‘Alphabet’ celebrated the birth anniversary of Master story teller O.Henry on 11th September in a special morning assembly.

O.Henry is the pen name of William S.Porter, who became one of America’s most popular writers of short fiction. Students of primary school read out facts on O.Henry and narrated the popular story ‘The Gift of Maggi’ written by O.Henry.

Secondary school students presented quotes by O.Henry and narrated O.Henry’s popular story ‘The Last Leaf’.
