CONSTITUTION DAY
The Virasat Club observed Constitution Day in the school on 26th November. In this connection, a special assembly was conducted through PA System in which Principal Smt. P. Visalakshi rendered the preamble. A special article in the form of a conversation was read by the students of class 9. Floral tributes were paid to the portrait of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar by Smt. P. Visalakshi, HeadMistress Smt. Arundhati, teachers and NCC cadets.
A mock parliament was conducted in the library in the afternoon session on the topic ‘Current Affairs’. It was witnessed by the Principal and the students of class 10 A and 10 B, followed by a message given by the Principal. The message was on how the children should know more about current affaires by reading general knowledge books, newspapers and following news channels and make themselves more informative and knowledgeable.
