NATIONAL BIRD DAY
In the symphony of nature, birds are the melodious notes. Let’s celebrate National Bird Day by preserving their tunes for generations to come.
As a part of National Bird Day, a special assembly was organized on 5th of January,2024 by Little Greens Club in Little Angels School. A special pledge was administered regarding the conservation of birds. An article was read on the importance of conservation of birds.
A rally was organized from Little Angels school to Sector -9 shopping complex to raise awareness highlighting the need for conservation of birds and their habitats. Students of Little Greens Club prepared Bird Feeders and distributed to the public in the nearby sectors. The initiative taken by the students was appreciated by the people and the Bird Feeders distributed by our students were installed in their gardens. Few Bird Feeders were also installed in the school premises by the students.
“On this National Bird Day, let us remember that the skies are the birth right of every creature with wings”.
