CAREER COUNSELLING PROGRAMME

Career Counselling Programme was conducted at Little Angels School, Ukkunagaram on 15.11.2025(Saturday). The topic was “Exploring your future opportunities in banking and finance”. The Resource person was Mr.B. Sathish Kumar, Bank Manager (UCO Bank) steel plant.

Students of classes 8 & 9 participated in the session. The banking and finance sector offers a wide range of dynamic and rewarding career opportunities for individuals with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. Banking and finance continue to evolve with technology, global markets and changing customer needs.

Various queries of the children regarding the types of competitive examinations to be written to get placements in banking and finance sectors. It was an interactive session where children gained knowledge on the professions related to banking and finance. They also came to know about the different types of bank accounts and bank loans.

Overall, it was an informative session.
