INVESTITURE CEREMONY 2026–27
The Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2026–27 was held on 19th August, 2026 with great enthusiasm and pride. It marked a significant moment as the newly elected Student Council members formally stepped into their roles as young leaders.
The programme began with a warm welcome to the dignitaries, followed by the presentation of saplings as a gesture of respect and goodwill. The school choir then presented the National Song.
The Badging Ceremony was the highlight of the event. The newly appointed student leaders were honoured with badges by Director Shri. Kranti Kiran sir and Director Smt. Swathi madam,formally recognising them as members of the Student Council. This was followed by the Oath-Taking Ceremony, administered by Shri Kranti Kiran sir. The student leaders pledged to perform their duties sincerely and uphold the rules and values of the school. The proud parents watched the ceremony with great joy.
A special conversation on leadership provided valuable insights into the qualities and responsibilities of an effective leader. The choir followed with an inspirational song, creating an atmosphere of motivation and enthusiasm.
The newly appointed captains shared their thoughts and reflections, expressing their gratitude and commitment to serving the school community. A graceful dance performance by the secondary girls added colour and vibrancy to the celebration.
The Directors, Shri Kranti Kiran sir and Smt. Swathi madam, addressed the gathering with inspiring messages. They encouraged the young leaders to lead with integrity, humility, kindness and dedication, emphasising the importance of listening to others, respecting different opinions, remaining grounded, showing empathy and having the courage to stand up against what is wrong.
Their inspiring words filled the hall with energy and enthusiasm, motivating the young leaders to embrace their responsibilities with confidence and compassion.
The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks, followed by the National Anthem.
The Investiture Ceremony was a meaningful celebration that instilled the values of leadership, responsibility, discipline, teamwork and service in the students, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the Student Council of Little Angels School.
