DEVULAPALLI KRISHNA SASTRI JAYANTI
Telugu Club 'Saraswatha Parishath' celebrated the birth anniversary of the famous Telugu poet, playwright and translator, Devulapalli Krishna Sastri on 1st November. Students read out an article about the life and works of the poet and recited poems written by him.
Students also rendered the famous song 'Aakulo Aakunai' written by the poet. Children learnt about the life, career and literacy works of the poet who is also known as Andhra Shelley.
