A perfect balance of healthy body, mind and spirit is vital for the all round development of an individual. We, at Little Angels, promote this healthy lifestyle among young children.

Yoga and Consciousness classes are ogranized by the school on a regular basis for children between the age of 6 - 12 years, wherein they are taught various asanas, pranayama, meditation and yoga-nidra. Special attention is given to minor health problems and to improve concentration, memory and to overcome anxieties.

Yoga helps children attain perfect physical and mental health. It is also a good solution to overcome stress and to evade the common infections prevalent in young children.

A qualified yoga teacher engages the students in practicing yoga.
