TEACHERS’ DAY CELEBRATIONS 2019
The adage, ‘Matrudevobhava, Pitrudevobhava, Acharyadevobhava and Athidhidevlobhava places the teacher only next to the parents equating him/her with God.
The Management of Little Angels Schools is always in the forefront in honouring the teachers. The Teachers’ Day Programme on 5th September, 2019 was yet another memorable day for the teaching and the non-teaching staff of the school.
In the morning, there was a special assembly conducted by the Yellow House Teachers. After lighting the lamp and garlanding the portrait of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the Founder and Chairman Sri M. Venu Mohan exhorted the students to revere their great teachers and follow their ideals.
In the afternoon, at Chancery Hall, Hotel Green Park, there was a special felicitation of 35 teaching and non-teaching staff from both MVP Colony & Ukkunagaram who have served and are serving the esteemed institution spanning from 10 years to 29 years.
The Management showcased its magnanimity by announcing a gratuity for the members resigning after serving for more than a decade.
The special feature of the day’s programme was the induction of the new Directors Mr. Kranti Kiran Manga and Mrs. Swathi Cheemalapati who are all set to take the school to the next level.
