150th BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF MAHATMA GANDHI
A special programme commemorating the 150th Birth Anniversary of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi was conducted on 2nd October, 2019 in Little Angels School in a grand manner.
An insight into the virtuous life of Mahatma Gandhi was given to the young students in the form of a role play. Gandhiji’s pet topic ‘Cleanliness’ was highlighted in the form of a street play. After lighting the lamp and garlanding the portrait of Mahatma Gandhi, the Founder & Chairman escorted the students to read Gandhiji’s autobiography ‘My Experiments with Truth’.
Gandhiji’s famous bhajan Raghupathi Raghava Raja Ram and other songs were sung by the school choir, which made the audience also to join in the singing.
