Naval War Ship Visit by NCC Cadets
As a part of the Navy Day Celebrations 2022, the headquarters Eastern Naval Command has invited students from various schools at Visakhapatnam to visit the Eastern Ship Fleet on 18-10-2022.
40 Senior NCC Boys and Girls of Little Angels School, MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam visited the Warship INS Airavat. They were accompanied by teachers Mr. Appa Rao, Mrs. Sakina Begum, Mrs. L. Uma and Mrs. V.V.S.N, Lakshmi.
The naval staff briefed the cadets about the weapons, missiles and fire safety equipment on the warship. The students were exposed to various facts of life on a ship. It was a great opportunity to visit and acquire knowledge about the warship and Naval Officers roles and responsibilities. This would help them to choose Armed Forces as a career in future. It was a great learning experience for the students.
