C. Sasank Memorial Merit Scholarship for Class 4
‘Sasank Memorial Merit Scholarship’ Award Ceremony was held on 25th February 2023, in the school auditorium. This award was instituted in the loving memory of our Ex- student Late Master Sasank by his parents Mr. and Mrs. C.V Sastry Garu.
Every year this award is given to the topper of class 4 in Half- yearly Examination. Due to pandemic, the Scholarship was not awarded to the toppers for the academic sessions 2020-21 and 2021-22 . This year along with the toppers of 2022-23, the toppers of previous two years were also awarded.
The awardees are:
1 . For academic session 2020-21 - T. Lalitha Srinidhi presently studying in class 6C.
2 . For academic session 2021-22 - S. Madhusudhanan presently studying in class 5A.
3. For academic session 2022-23 - P. Varun Krishnan studying in class 4E.
Mrs. Kiranmayi, family member of C.V Sastry Garu was the Guest of Honor. Director Shri. Kranti Kiran, Vice- Principal Mrs. Indu Malini and parents of awardees graced the occasion with their valuable presence.
Students of classes 4E, 5A an 6C were the special audience of the day.The programme commenced with a prayer song and continued with the presentation of Merit Certificate and a cash prize of Rs 2000/- to each awardee by the Chief Guest.
Director Shri. Kranti Kiran, Vice Principal Mrs. Indu Malini congratulated the winners and wished them to achieve their dreams. Award winners shared their happiness with everyone. Parents of the awardees also shared their feelings and thanked the initiators of the award and the Management for encouraging the students in all aspects.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks.
