Educational Trip -Class 2
Class 2 Educational trip was organised on 09/10/23(Monday), to the Central Park. All the students were bustling with excitement to board the buses. All the students boarded the buses in a disciplined manner, started from school at 9:30 am. Moving towards the destination, students enjoyed sightseeing the city, Maddilapalem Bus depot, CMR Central, Swarna Bharati Indoor Stadium, Sri Rama Talkies Movie Theatre, Flyover, Subway, Dwarakanagar Bus depot, GVMC and finally reached the Central Park.
All the students enjoyed the view of entrance with huge trees, climbers, creepers, shrubs, herbs and many more. They enjoyed their snacks, shared with their peer group and had fun in the park. They all enjoyed playing passing the ball and Dodgeball and showcased their talent in the form of dance and songs. Soon after that, all moved towards aquarium, where everyone were thrilled to see variety of fishes, especially gold fish. Moving towards Bonsai plants, children were amazed by the sizes of the plants. Science teacher explained about the various plants, name, age and the way they are taken care of.
It was an experiential learning and contextual learning. All the beautiful moments are captured in the photos taken during the trip. In addition to the academic benefits, Educational trips provide an opportunity to every student to enjoy with their peer group, make new friends, bond with their classmates, other than the classroom atmosphere. It builds life-long memories and develops speaking skills, listening skills, observation skills and creativity in them. It's a wonderful experience and a day out with our dear ones to cherish the moment & memories.
