Intramural Athletics Competition
On the bright Sunday morning of 7th January 2024, Little Angels School hosted its annual Intramural Athletics Competition. 120 Students from classes 6th to 10th, brimming with energy and sporting spirit, participated in a variety of track and field events, showcasing their athletic prowess and unwavering determination.The event was conducted in Little Angels School Ukkunagaram Campus.
The competition kicked off with the 100 meters sprint, where both Junior and Senior Boys and Girls displayed remarkable speed and agility. The cheers of the audience grew louder with each race, as young athletes pushed their limits, striving for victory. The 400 meters run tested the endurance of the participants, demanding both physical strength and mental fortitude. The 100 meters hurdle race added an element of challenge, requiring precision and coordination as the athletes navigated the obstacles with unwavering focus.
Field events like shot put throw saw young athletes demonstrate their power and control. The 4 x 100 meters relay race brought out the spirit of teamwork and camaraderie, as each team member gave their all to secure victory for their house. Throughout the competition, the sportsmanship displayed by the participants was truly commendable. Regardless of their individual results, every athlete embodied the true spirit of the games, giving their best and supporting their fellow competitors.
