Capacity Building in Classroom Management by CBSE, Centre Of Excellence (COE), Kakinada

In order to train the young minds, the teacher needs to plan his/her classroom activity meticulously and conduct it in an efficient manner to get the desired result. 

A two day work shop on Capacity Building in Classroom Management was conducted by CBSE,  COE, Kakinada on 8th and 9th July, 2017 for the teachers of our schools. 

Speaking on the occasion in the inaugural function, Sri.J.Sunil Kumar, Section Officer, CBSE, COE , Kakinada emphasized on the need for effective classroom management and said that regular workshops enhance the ability of a teacher to bring out the best learning outcomes.  

The CBSE Resource persons Mrs.Vandana Abraham, Principal, Timpany Senior Secondary School and Mrs.B.Purnima, Head Mistress, Presidential school, Bheemili Branch made the teachers to take up creative activities so that the classroom management becomes innovative, creative and interesting.  It was an excellent insight into the daily classroom situations and they also trained the teachers as to how to tackle various situations like disciplinary issues, lack of concentration and large classroom issues.

The resource persons  felt that the teachers of our school were very interactive and participated actively. It was a lively interactive session throughout the training programme.  They emphasized on the teachers to develop passion towards their subject and be updated regularly.  Mrs.I.Satyalakshmi  and Mrs.Anitha shared their experiences on the training programme and said it enhanced  a positive spirit about Classroom Management.  Mrs.Ipshita thanked the management, the resource persons and COE, Kakinada for the wonderful training on Capacity Building in Classroom Management when she proposed the vote of thanks.
