Yoga Training Session for Teachers

A training program on the topic – YOGA TO RESTORE PEACE AND TRANQUILITY OF MIND’ was conducted in the school auditorium by PET and Yoga Teacher Ms. P.P.S Madhuri. This workshop was specifically designed to teach teachers how to use Yoga Stretches, OM chanting, Meditation, and Pranayama to help students relax and rejuvenate.

In today’s session, teachers were given tips on how to use yoga to help students focus in the classroom and to concentrate in studies, reduce tension, anxiety, and fear. Around 90 teachers attended the session today and expressed their gratitude for the training and shared positive feedback. This session is beneficial to teachers as well as students, as it will assist them in focusing their energy for both physical and mental relaxation.
