Career Counselling Programme in Information Technology for the Students of Classes 9 and 10


                                                                       “OPPORTUNITIES DON’T HAPPEN YOU CREATE THEM”

A career guidance programme in the field of Information Technology was organised for the students of classes 9 and 10. The resource person was Professor Syed Mujib Rahman working in Dr. L. Bullayya College. He holds several degrees, including an MCA, PGDMM, MBA, M. Tech, M. Phil, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in computer engineering. He has vast teaching experience and is an expert in career counselling.

Professor Syed Mujib Rahaman took up a series of interactive sessions with the students on various topics, enlightening them on the difference between a job and a career, various professions in the IT field, computational thinking, coding, software development, data science, data analysis etc.  All students participated actively in the interactive sessions and gained a clear understanding of selecting careers and achieving excellence in chosen ones.

The career counselling sessions were held on different days for the students of classes 9 and 10. Mrs. S. Madhavi, computer science teacher for the secondary school coordinated the sessions for both classes. On Day 1, Director Shri Kranti Kiran spoke to the students about the need for career guidance in every student's life for them to succeed in their chosen careers.

Day 2 of the second counselling series for class 9 was attended by the Founder & Chairman Shri M. Venumohan and the Principal Mrs. Indu Malini N.   On the last day of the counselling session, a token of appreciation was presented to Professor Syed Mujib Rahaman for conducting the career guidance sessions for the students.
