As part of the Health and Wellness Club initiatives, an informative and engaging awareness programme focusing on the health and wellness of adolescent girls was successfully conducted on 28th July 2025 in the School Auditorium.
The workshop was specially curated for the girls of Classes 9 and 10, with the primary objective of educating and empowering them to understand the various physical, emotional, and psychological changes that occur during adolescence.
The session featured an insightful PowerPoint presentation and was led by Dr. Venkata Kiranmai Gottapu, a renowned Obstetrician and Gynaecologist from Medicover Hospital. Her expert guidance, coupled with her approachable and empathetic demeanour, fostered an open and comfortable environment where students felt free to learn, ask questions, and share their thoughts.
The programme proved to be an enriching experience, equipping the students with essential knowledge and confidence to navigate this crucial phase of life with awareness and self-assurance.
