Objective / Aim of the Educational Trip:
The trip aimed to enrich students’ knowledge about biodiversity, encourage environmental stewardship, and provide experiential learning opportunities that contribute to the holistic growth of both students and teachers.
Exploring the Nature’s Treasure at Biodiversity Park:
On 11th August 2025, 180 students of Class 8 accompanied by their teachers on an educational trip to the Biodiversity Park, Visakhapatnam.
The visit began with a guided tour of the park, during which students explored a variety of plant species, including rare, medicinal, and endangered varieties. Students were fascinated by the diversity of Flora and learned how different ecosystems function and support life. Informative interactions helped them relate the park’s features to their classroom lessons in science, geography, and environmental studies.
Teachers guided and encouraged observation, and learning remained engaging and practical. The trip was a blend of education and exploration, sparking curiosity and nurturing a sense of responsibility towards nature among students.
Overall, the trip to the Biodiversity Park was both informative and inspiring. It successfully met its objectives of promoting environmental awareness and holistic growth.
