The school celebrated Sri Krishna Janmashtami on 22nd August with great devotion and enthusiasm. Lord Krishna who is considered as one of the most powerful incarnations of Lord Vishnu played an important role in the Mahabharata and propagated the theory of 'Bhakti' and good 'Karma' which are ingrained deeply in the ‘Bhagvadgita' - the holy Indian Epic.

To mark the occasion a special assembly was conducted by the Green House wherein children recited slokas from the 'Bhagvad Gita' and presented a melodious song on Lord Krishna. An article showcasing Lord Krishna’s birth and various religious festivities organised during the celebration was also presented in the assembly.
