NATIONAL READING DAY

         The school celebrated ‘National Reading Day’ on the 19th of June 2024 with lot of enthusiasm. As a part of this notable day a special assembly was organized by the Yellow House. The day marks the contributions of P.N. Panicker, a champion for Literature & Libraries. P.N. panicker, nicknamed as ‘Father of India’s Library Movement’ believed that education and books are the keys to progress.

  Students presented articles highlighting the importance of the day, which serves as a reminder of the joy and knowledge found within the books. The contributions of P.N. Panicker and efforts to transform the society with his literary movement were elaborated  in  the assembly. The students of classes 1 to 10 took an oath to spread the awareness of reading in their respective classrooms.  

        Principal Smt. Visalakshi in her message conveyed her greetings to all the students & teachers on this special day & advised the students to make use of the library to enrich one’s knowledge, thoughts & ideas.
