FIELD TRIP TO PLACES OF WORSHIP
‘Field trips are the best way to bring education to life.’
In an effort to promote interfaith understanding and cultural awareness, the students of classes 1&2 embarked on an enriching field trip to the three major places of worship- JAGANNATH TEMPLE UKKUNAGARAM, MASJID and LUTHERAL CHURCH situated in the Steel City. The visit aimed to educate the students about different religious practices and the importance of unity in diversity.
The trip also emphasized the importance of co-existence in a diverse society. The trip was not just an educational excursion but a step towards building a more inclusive and harmonious world.
The students enjoyed the trip and returned with a
new-found appreciation for different cultures and the realization that, despite differences in practices, the essence of all religions is the same- compassion, unity and peace.
