‘Salute the martyrs who shaped our Nation and pledge to uphold their vision of Unity and Progress’
The school celebrated the 76th Republic Day with great patriotism and enthusiasm on January 26, 2025. The event began with a warm welcome to the dignitaries. As a mark of respect bouquets were presented to the student chief guest, the Principal and the Headmistress.
The cultural programme commenced with the heart felt rendition of ‘Vande Mataram’, which filled the atmosphere with patriotism. The student Chief Guest Kumari K.Charitha Shruthi, Principal and the Headmistress paid floral tributes to the portrait of Dr. B. R Ambedkar,
the architect of our constitution. It was a moment of reflection and gratitude for his immense contribution to shaping modern India.
The highlight of the programme was the unfurling of the National Flag by student Chief Guest. The entire gathering stood in reverence as the tricolour was hoisted followed by the National Anthem, evoking feelings of unity and pride. A student presented an insightful article on Republic Day, explaining the significance of the day and its relevance in modern times. The student Chief Guest delivered an inspiring speech where she urged the students to stay committed to their education and nurture their talents, embrace their duties as citizens and always work towards building a better nation.
Principal Smt. Visalakshi advised the students to reflect on the immense sacrifices and vision of the leaders who gifted us the constitution that upholds justice, liberty and equality to all. She also insisted the students to focus on their education, develop a sense of discipline and nurture compassion and respect for others.
The Republic Day celebrations instilled a deep sense of patriotism among everyone and reminded us of our duties as responsible citizens of India.
