Little Angels School celebrated Telugu Bhasha Dinotsavam with immense pride and devotion to our mother tongue. The event was graced by our respected Headmistress Smt. Arundhati Ma’am, who motivated the students to cherish and preserve the richness of the Telugu language.
The program began with a devotional Lakshmi Stotram, filling the atmosphere with serenity. Students presented the famous play “Paramanandayya Shishyulu”, which highlighted their acting talent and sense of humour, leaving the audience enthralled. Inspiring speeches were delivered on the life and legacy of Gidugu Venkata Ramamurthy Pantulu, the pioneer of the Telugu Renaissance, and his efforts to bring spoken Telugu closer to the people. Students recited classic and modern Telugu poems, showcasing the depth and beauty of our literature.
The Wordplay Competition winners impressed the gathering with their vocabulary and creativity, celebrating the versatility of the language.
A melodious group song in Telugu added a musical flavour to the event, celebrating the rhythm of the mother tongue. A few students also shared famous Telugu proverbs and sayings, reminding us how language carries timeless wisdom.
The program concluded with Vandana Samarpana and the soulful National Anthem, making the occasion truly memorable.
